After several years of sampling buffalo wings from around the country and after many painstaking hours of experimentation in the kitchen and on the grill it is with great pride that I announce that I have perfected the buffalo wing recipe. Others may attempt to copy it, but few take the care and attention to detail required to make perfect wings every time.

Like any other pepper-head, I grow my own selection of hot peppers and dry them for use throughout the year. I haven't gone through the pickling process yet - primarily since my favorite pepper - Jalapeno - is readily available and cheap in its pickled form.
